Objects for representing Unigene clusters.

Description

Unigene is a database of ESTs from different organisms and the libraries they were extracted from. This package provides an API for working with Unigene, including the ability to develop your own custom parsers, Objects and Interfaces for representing Unigene records and implementations that index the Unigene download flat files, or an SQL schema.
