Description: ------------ If INI directive "y2k_compliance" is set to "On", php_std_date() returns an invalid HTTP date: Sun, 06-Nov-1994 08:49:37 GMT - which should be: Sun, 06 Nov 1994 08:49:37 GMT - (RFC 822/1123) If "y2k_compliance" is set to "Off", php_std_date() returns a valid RFC850 HTTP date, though(like: Fri, 10-Dec-04 19:38:00 GMT). http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec3.html#sec3.3.1
