reading data with fgetcsv() an empty row wil not be returned as one array element pointing to NULL, as it is described in documentation
the result for the record will be
array(1) {
[0]=>
string(0) ""
}
instead of
array(1) {
[0]=>
NULL
}
Expected result:
----------------
array(1) {
[0]=>
NULL
}
Actual result:
--------------
array(1) {
[0]=>
string(0) ""
}
