Umm, I'm not sure how to fix this yet, but if we create the function like os._stat_with_open_handle() which returns stat struct and open handle on windows, I think we can set/use st_ino. (Because FileID won't change while file is opened) I'm not sure if it is appropriate API change or not, though. :-(
