> It's either secure or it's not. I don't think that's true. By that reasoning, Python is not secure so there's no point in fixing crashes or providing a hashlib module. That said, I think renaming to "total_compare" isn't really helpful. The point of the function is to be secure (as much as possible), not to do a "total" comparison. |
