It seems we (like the benchmarks posted) are spending a whole lot of time on something that's probably not relevant to any real-world situation. If someone has actual code that suffers from this, it would be good to know about it. (note by the way that summing on a range() can be done O(1): it's just a variation on a arithmetic series) |
