FTR I'm still daily monitoring the presence of mixed-up pages server side and did not spotted a single one.
I'm still using my very basic:
$ grep -rl 'définition' /srv/docs.python.org/ja/; grep -rl か /srv/docs.python.org/{2.7,3.6,3.7} |
