1. Headings: Sections should be titlecased, subsections not. This is especially needed now that they are not numbered. 2. Python Shell subsection. Revise 'paste', maybe move. SyntaxWarnings are SyntaxErrors. Explain Restart. 3. Any other pending changes I include.
