Logged In: YES user_id=226443 I've now attached another version of the module which observes DESKTOP_LAUNCH, does a bit more verification, and exposes the desktop detection. I'll probably do a bit more reading of the fd.o mailing lists and possibly try and get some answers from the interested parties.
