I know what you mean about the dependencies! My current problem is that now I'm working with the current trunk, which means using Visual C++ Express 2008 instead of 2005. When debugging it's behaving like the debug info is out of date (showing the wrong values for variables in the debugger, single-stepping to the wrong line, etc). Rebuilding doesn't fix it. This might take a while. :-(
