Yes, "Run as administrator" solves the permissions problem, leaving an error in test_posixpath that I'll investigate. What's the expectations with the buildbots? Will these tests work there? We could create a branch and run a buildbot test if need be. It would probably be best to find a way to skip these tests if they would fail with a permissions error.
