The goal of this item is to allow capture groups in Look-Behind Assertions. Generally, since only Positive Look Behind Assertions should match, these capture groups should only be available in Positive Look Behind situations. This may also require investigation of capture groups in [Positive] Look-Ahead Assertions. This item is based on the work from Issues 3835 and 814253.
