Rising Sun (disambiguation)

Rising Sun is a Japanese super-hero and a solar physicist. His powers allow him to absorb solar energy and convert it into other uses. He has been a member of Big Science Action and the Global Guardians. Rising Sun was created by E. Nelson Bridwell and Ramona Fradon, first appearing in Super Friends #8 (1977.)
