Synopsis for "Blood Will Run, Part Two: The Harvest"
Wally West tells officer Jared Morillo that he promised to check in and make sure Magenta is ok. Jared tells him it will have to wait as a string of murders is popping up all over the city of people the Flash has saved in the past.
The new union commissioner, Goldface, is interviewed by media including Linda Park. He tells them he wants to help union workers who make up over 80% of the city. As Linda leaves she calls Pied Piper as a Cicada follower watches her from a distance.
David Hersch addresses a cult of followers who are willing to die for him and extend his life allowing him to live forever.
Fred Chyre and Wally head to Julie's apartment who shows up on the victims list. Chyre is furious when he finds out someone killed his partner. Chyre tells officers he doesn't know who the father is for Josh as there is nothing on file.
Wally visit Magenta and she goes insane attacking the police department. She tells Wally, "we love you" as her eyes glow white like a Cicada follower.
