Request an Account

In general, all data uploaded to ExoFOP are public; the TESS FOP Working Group (TFOPWG) data may be restricted to TFOPWG members for 12 months but, after that, are also public. To upload your own data, you must have an account.

The information you enter will be visible in the form of a profile page. The principal aim behind the establishment of profile pages is to enable communication and consequently foster collaboration in order to optimize resources.

Requirements:
  • You need to be conducting astronomical observational, modelling, or theoretical work at a level consistent with publication in a professional journal and relevant to follow-up studies of exoplanet candidates. Please include the name of the university, research center or similar facility with which you are affiliated.
  • You need to provide your contact information, including name, email address, and phone (optional).
Note that registration is not instantaneous. You will be contacted by email with a user name and temporary password once your request is approved. If you do not receive your account information within a few days, please email us at exofop-support@ipac.caltech.edu.

If you have moved institutions and need to update your contact information, you do not need to request a new account. Log into ExoFOP, click on your name in the Directory, and edit your contact information there.
