Barstonra (バストンラ, Basutonra?) is a recurring support spell in the Final Fantasy series. It serves as an area of effect version of the Barstone spell, increasing the party's resistance to earth-elemental damage attacks.

Final Fantasy XI[]

Barstonra is an Enhancing White Magic spell. It is exclusive to the White Mage job, serving as the area of effect version of the Barstone spell. When used, it raises the Earth resistance to all party members in range. Its scroll can always be purchased from Hasim in Lower Jeuno.

Should a player have a White Mage as their sub-job, their character will have access to Barstonra once reaching level 10.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[]

Barstonra is a level 4 Green Magic spell learned by Sieghard by default, as well as Phoenix (2★), Titan (2★), and Golem (3★). It can be equipped as a Materia by crafting it for 1600 gil, 5 Earth Crysts, 1 Earth Megacryst, 3 Gaia's Tears, and 1 Alcryst. It costs 10 MP to use and increases Earth resistance by 60% for 4 turns to all allies.
