However, the recovery rod boosts both ATK and MAG, as well as bolsters the SPR needed to render white magic more effective. It also grants its wielder the ability to use the Cura spell, making it a popular weapon for many thanks to its wide variety of uses.

Recovery Rod (リカバリーロッド, Rikabarī Roddo?) is a recurring rod in the Final Fantasy series. It debuted in the sequel to Final Fantasy IV and appears in spin-off games as associated with that game world.

Recovery Rod (IV) is a LD Staff for Leonora, which grants access to the LD ability A Little Black Magic as well as the abilities Demonstrating the Fruits of Practice, A Little Black Magic HP Damage Up, Blossoming Talent Longer, and A Little Black Magic Charge. It provides 115 HP, 55 DEF, 264-339 INT BRV, 2910-3360 Max BRV, 982-1132 ATK, and 90-100 CP.
