Stamina Tablet (体力の薬, Tairyoku no Kusuri?, lit. Vitality Medicine) is a recurring item in the Final Fantasy series. It oftentimes increases the target's Max HP temporarily, usually by double.

Final Fantasy X[]

Stamina Tablet doubles the max HP of one character. It can be found on the Moonflow by having Rikku use steal on the chests in battle, though this is not guaranteed. They can be stolen from Yunalesca, Abyss Worms, Adamantoises, Ironclads and Vorbans, and bribed from Bashura and Defender. They are also a treasure obtained from Magic Urns and 60 are obtained by unlocking the One-Eye at the Monster Arena. It can be used to customize armor with HP Stroll or Auto-Potion abilities.

Final Fantasy X-2[]

Stamina Tablet doubles the max HP of one character. It drops from Ironside and YSLS-99, and can be stolen from Ironside (Oversoul) and Sand Worm (Oversoul).

A vigorous tonic that increases the drinker's physical attack power. Due to its extreme potency, only salve-makers with advanced knowledge can stomach it and gain its benefits. Said to have been developed by salve-makers to augment their own physical capabilities on the battlefield, the formula has been refined through the years.
