2. Massive Cleanup

   - PyCharm checker ignore marks.
   - Added some type hints
   - Restructuring code layout to use 120 character max width.
   - Added pytest config for PyCharm
   - Restructured tests so taht all tests depending on django are in the test django module allowing basic tests to be run without django.
   - Added a basic test of using the module in a for loop without specifying trim.
