org.csstudio.diag.epics.pvtree is currently broken when configuring org.csstudio.simplepv/default_pvfactory=pvmanager.

Works fine with org.csstudio.simplepv/default_pvfactory=utility_pv.

Alternatively, org.csstudio.diag.epics.pvmanager.pvtree works, but will issue many warnings "org.epics.pvmanager.PVReaderDirector (isActive) - PVReader wasn't properly closed and it was garbage collected."
