Expected behaviour: The search feature for templates should return the templates with titles that contain the keyword used in the search

Actual behaviour: nothing is returned i.e. no templates

Steps to reproduce:
Log in (as admin/super admin) -> Select Templates (from the dropdown menu) -> Type a keyword and click on 'Search'
