- support viewing, editing, resetting, and persisting assistant persona data through `IDENTITY.md`
- upgrade `IDENTITY.md` into a structured identity document with frontmatter plus markdown body
- watch assistant workspace identity files and sync external changes back to the application
- refine claw prompt assembly with explicit workspace ownership and boundary instructions
- include rules, memories, and updated persona/bootstrap templates in the claw prompt pipeline
- wire assistant workspace state into navigation, workspace context, profile views, and chat/session flows
- improve the overall assistant workspace and persona experience for more consistent behavior
