Purpose

Collect updates to dev branch prior to merge into dev.

When ready and approved, this PR will be merged into dev with version number 3.9.5.

The Details section of this PR will be updated with each commit added to this PR.

Details

• bump version number to 3.9.5
• update OmniBLE to fix a test case that fails when using Xcode 26
• update G7SensorKit to support 15-day sensors
• update CGMBLEKit and G7SensorKit to enable upload to remote as the default selection

Test

Prior to each commit uploaded to LoopKit/LoopWorkspace, confirm this can be built with Xcode 26.2.
