Summary

In the ISE we have an additional Full version of the Function/Cmdlet snippet called Cmdlet (advanced function) - Complete

It was mentioned on BlueSky this is missing and we should have this with an update for v7 compatible features

I'll raise a PR for this as am working on it atm so please assign to me

Proposed Design

An updated version of this particular snippet, that is as fully complete as possible (so will be a larger snippet) that also adds the some additional "go read this" suggestions for some of the newer v7+ avail features like the clean block
