Description of the Pull Request

This pull request aims to resolve the begin the seamless synchronization between the GitHub repository and the ProcessMaker platform, specifically concerning Wizard Templates. The synchronization process is facilitated through a new command, php artisan processmaker:sync-wizard-templates.

Solution

To address the issue, the following changes have been implemented:

• Introduced a Job for SyncWizardTemplates.
• Implemented an Artisan Command for SyncWizardTemplates.
• Added wizard_templates_github to the config.services file.

How to Test

Testing is not currently possible. The objective is to establish a connection between the GitHub repository and the database through the associated pull requests.
