Xcode 12.5 Support

Fixes use of umbrella header for Swift Package Manager in Xcode 12.5.

PureLayout v3.1.8 - iOS Minimum Deployment Target 9.0 and App Extensions runtime check

This release bumps the minimum iOS deployment target from 8.0 to 9.0 (#253) in addition to switching to runtime checking for app extensions addressed in #252.

PureLayout v3.1.5 - Auto create constraint for safe area and compiler warnings fixes

This release fixes a compiler warnings related to ALAttribute as well as fixing a bug related to the +[NSLayoutConstraint autoCreateConstraintsWithoutInstalling] used in a super view safe area inset method.

Accessibility apis

This release adds accessibility apis as part of #227 marking the safe area apis as iOS 9 and above.
