为什么提交这份PR (why to submit this PR)

添加zig编译支持，zig支持使用clang+llvm编译c/c++项目，及原生支持交叉编译。编译出的固件体积相对于gcc也有优势。

• 不过zig对于裸机编译并没有c库支持，所以需要开启mlibc。
• 目前mlibc还不是非常完善，目前基于nano的情况下测试，stm32平台可以正常编译运行。
• zig原生支持交叉编译的优势，只需要一个zig工具，就可以在全平台（linux,win,mac），编译出各种架构的固件（arm,riscv,mips等）。不需要安装各类gcc-xxx工具链。
• 相同代码的情况下，固件体积：gcc+newlib 31K, gcc+mlibc 30K，zig+mlibc 28K。

生成build.zig文件，然后使用命令zig build编译
