I've had this locally in a stash for a while so figured I'd finally push it up. Here's a new controller for quickly attaching keyboard shortcuts to form fields and clickable elements. I haven't written documentation for this controller yet, figured I'd wait on that depending on whether or not this was accepted.

I added a sample use in the Stacks docs to bring focus to the search bar on CTRL + /.
