What happened?

I think #433 removed 2.12 from being published:
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.qameta.allure/allure-scalatest
last 2.12 version is 2.13.2

and from 2.13.10 https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.qameta.allure/allure-scalatest/2.13.10
scala version is defaulting to 2.13 without the suffix, which is even worse :(

Could we please add 2.12 and 2.13 suffixes and deploy all missing 2.12 versions?
