minor: don't capture stderr in kata tests by iasoon · Pull Request #17639 · apache/beam

Since the kata tests check for equivalence with output printed to stdout, they will fail when warnings are emitted by beam.
This happens on my system (WARNING:root:Make sure that locally built Python SDK docker image has Python 3.7 interpreter.) Without reading the test code, it is also not obvious that this is happening.
