After creating a tag like v0.1.0, the gorelease action will take about 15 minutes to build the binary and create a draft release (The draft can only be seen by the administrator, so that we can add a custom version description, and then make it public for everyone):
$ ./bc-cli version version: 0.0.2 commit: 16d518d2c4fed6d33ca80efea199f46a6ed9de4c date: 2023-06-25T07:03:45Z
