Added the uuid query parameter to the Get Quote Details storefront endpoint

What changed?

• The v2 Storefront Get Quote Details endpoint now includes a required uuid query parameter.

Release notes draft

• We have updated the parameters of the Get Quote Details endpoint in the B2B Edition v2 Storefront Quotes API to reflect uuid as a requirement.

Anything else?

Do not merge this PR until the quote parameter updates take effect (expected on April 15, 2026).
