This is more of a question, not sure if this is the expected behavior. I created a project via the clj-new template, then imported into intellij/cursive, src/main/clojure doesn't seem to be configured as a source path in the IDE. Based on the fact that clojurephant applies the java plugin, I added the src/main/java directory and it is recognized as expected
