We should hide the Brocfile in the cli by default in order to adhere to the avoid massive api surface motto from our readme. If the user has a Brocfile in the project then we could use that one, but otherwise the cli's. Exposing the gruntfile didn't work so well for app kit. It made upgrading a pain. If we build it right, then there should be no need for an exposed Brocfile.
