The taskbar icon remains as a spinner if a folder is deleted while it is syncing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upload or download a folder
2. While it is syncing, delete that folder
3. Observe that even after the tahoe daemon restarts, the spinner is still present on the taskbar
