(Py)Qt5 5.14 has recently been released and contains, notably, improvements to high-DPI support -- "including support for non integer scale factors commonly used on Windows."

Gridsync should upgrade to use 5.14, if possible (keeping in mind, however, that, on macOS, 5.13 may still need to be used/pinned in order to provide support for Mojave's "dark mode").
