The "Usage" view misleadingly reports "zero storage-time" at startup while real info is being loaded

If you start GridSync aimed at a ZKAP-enabled grid then -- briefly -- while it loads information about ZKAPs that are available, it reports "0 GB-months available".

This can be confusing, perhaps frightening, to users since GB-months are what you pay for when you are using a ZKAP-enabled grid (either monetarily or with some other capital).

Instead, tell the user that the info is being loaded and then show the info once it has been loaded.
