As per actions/runner-images#5583, GitHub Actions has deprecated macOS version 10.15 ("Catalina") and will mark it as "fully unsupported" on August 30, 2022.

In the interim, the Gridsync project should either find/host a different macOS 10.15 runner or drop support for it altogether.
