1. Regenerate OpenAPI client and models

   Regenerate the halo_client from the OpenAPI spec: updates many generated API modules, models, tests, rest/client code and configuration. Removes obsolete docs (DefaultApi.md, LoginHistory.md, UcUploadRequestFormData.md) and updates generator metadata (.openapi-generator/VERSION, openapitools.json) and setup.py. This is an automated refresh to keep the client in sync with the API spec.
