Fixes #308

• Added the functionality of fetching the README.md of a particular folder from the github repo and phrasing it on a new page
• Fixed the issue of image visibility ( Huge shoutout to mdazfar2 for helping me out 🙏)
• Fixed the issue of variations in the readmes of particular folder by creating an array of the possible names and attempt is made to fetch each filename until one succeeds.
• Added responsiveness to reource-details so that information of each folder can be properly viewed on smaller screens too
