Lunar: Silver Star Story (1999 Japanese PC port)

Hi. I was looking for a way to launch this game on my PC (Win7/GTX 1060) in a proper 4:3 aspect ratio (because natively it is being stretched to screen borders and there are no resolution settings) and found this project. Here is the result:

Versions 0.7 and 0.6 - the game can't start (eternal loading) - here is the log DDrawCompat-Lunar.log
Versions 0.5.4, 0.5.3, 0.5.2 - the game starts but looks terribly pixelated. Somehow this is fixed by pressing "Alt" key (which also calls in-game menu bar), but resets back to pixelated every time new screen loads).
Versions 0.5.1 and 0.5.0 - the game starts and looks good from the start, but the mouse controls are broken (can only move it in an upper left corner area of the screen and can't interact with "Alt" menu).

Older versions either crash or don't fix aspect ratio, so 0.5.X give the best results.

Eventually I have figured out that I can fix the aspect ratio with Nvidia Control Panel. But I thougt it may be helpful to report here anyway. Putting one file into the game folder may be a more preferable way to fix this than changing global GPU/display settings.
