Gireesh has agreed to this nomination and will be invited to participate in the Node.js TSC meetings in a non-voting capacity.

Gireesh has been very helpful across core, the help repo, libuv, getting node-report into core via a very busy PR, IBM specific issues, and some difficult bug/test fixes.
