This looks good to me. The go-verdiff test failed with:

Found golang version: 1.23.4
./.bingo/go.mod: Skipping, no version found
./.bingo/golangci-lint.mod: 1.23.0: Updated golang version from 1.22.1

Since we are already at 1.23.4 as our high water mark, I see no harm in bumping golangci-lint to a version that requires 1.23.0.
