LGTM. I only have a small suggestion about the layout of the svg. Would it look better to line the Provisional box up under the Accepted box, line Rejected up under Withdrawn and space Final, Accepted, and Active out a little more to the right to make it all fit?

I don't have access to dia atm, so I can't provide a better alternative, but I'll see if I can do that a little later. No need to hold up merging this though; we can always change the diagram later. I approve of the process changes though. Thanks!
