Alas, after some serious discussion, we have decided that pgmpy will not be participating under the PSF banner this year.

This is due to serious mentoring irregularities that were brought to Google's attention last year. We pushed hard to let last year's students stay in the program with extra supervision, but agreed that it would be best if pgmpy took this year off to rethink their strategies and policies.
