Hi folks,

right now if you open the web app and then you loose internet access, refreshing the page will give you… nothing. 😉
This adds a basic service worker that pre-caches the app on first load, so the app actually loads when you're offline.

PS: I'm looking for a new adventure in case anybody is looking to hire or work with a PO/PM or Ruby/Rails/Crystal dev
