Motivation

We currently do have a funding page for the previous maintainer. Funding the previous maintainer will not directly benefit RediStack anymore. For this reason we should remove it. Further we have moved the repository back to GitHub. The issue and pr template state, that issues and pr should be raised at GitLab. This isn't true anymore we should remove it.
