tomotools:

  • tomogram preprocessing, inlcuding frame alignment, exclusion, alignment and reconstruction.
  • export of tomograms to common picking and STA suites.

subtomotools: scripts to handle .star files, and export of coordinates from tomotwin-cryoet to Warp/M
