Document that GitHub sign-up requires a public email address configured in the user's GitHub profile. This addresses user confusion encountered during the sign-up flow.

Added GitHub public email requirement based on PR #11540 in viamrobotics/app which updated FusionAuth error messages. The PR author noted this has been a recurring point of user confusion - GitHub profiles can optionally have a public email, but it is required for Viam SSO login.
