docs: Document GitHub public email requirement for sign-up by promptless[bot] · Pull Request #4872 · viamrobotics/docs

Document that GitHub sign-up requires a public email address configured
in the user's GitHub profile. This addresses user confusion encountered
during the sign-up flow.


		To get started, you must log in with a Viam account.
		Viam supports sign-up using Google, GitHub, Apple, and email.
		If you sign up with GitHub, your GitHub account must have a public email address.

Added GitHub public email requirement based on PR #11540 in viamrobotics/app which updated FusionAuth error messages. The PR author noted this has been a recurring point of user confusion - GitHub profiles can optionally have a public email, but it is required for Viam SSO login.
