Fix syntax error that meant that 1.2.0 release couldn't be used (#31). The 1.2.* releases are useful for those still using Bootstrap 2.

Update Bootstrap to 3.4.4

• Various improvements to documentation
• Link both 'All' tickboxes in the Admin list. (0988309)
• Pass the model to the pre- and post-save callbacks. (dab086a)

Upgrades jQuery to 1.11.1.

Upgrade to use Bootstrap 3.
